Each and everyone in this world are forced to make decision in their life at some point and that point will be faced by all the engineering graduates once completing their degree. To make decision you have visit and take 'n' number of people's experience because the decision that taken should give good result.

        Lets come to the point, MBA after BE/B.Tech. Engineers comes from different background like ECE, EEE, MECH, CSE, IT, CIVIL and so on, but after completing college most of the students make their job in IT sector (core for CSE, IT students) or Customer service.

        So student either choose additional course or higher studies. Student who wants to make their decision as MBA, should be clear in their next move because after two years he/she gonna become a Manager of a company,bank,etc., 

        Prepare for entrance exam and score good marks to enter into tier 1 and tier 2 colleges. Other than than most of the students opt for tier 3 colleges. 

        Being an engineering graduates you will not be able to apply any of your technical skill in MBA. And one more thing you are no more an Engineer, you should be ready to get into a new world where you should work from scrap.

Mostly MBA course offer Finance, Marketing, Human Resource, Operations. 2 years of the course with dual specialization.Where in 1st  year you will learning all the subjects along with the major subjects. In 2nd year you will learn only  major subjects.

        Finance: Those with accounting, commerce background this will be good. But with BE background its very hard to start, if you understand the term and concept once its will be quite easy and you have to practice on it continuously. Students other than top colleges will be offered Job in banking sectors in credit,insurance,etc., Programming languages like R, Python,etc., will take you to corporate companies.

        Marketing: Good communication skill, Presence of mind is required. Initially mostly the job will be sales and step by step will be promoted as manager.

        Human Resource : Excellent communication skill is required and problem solving solving skill.Mostly the job will be in recruitment.

        Operations : BE students usually take this but as its scope is very less when compared to others. To be successful one should be excellent in logistics.

        Excel is the one of the most important software skill required for all
